Monday:           Ultimate Conditioning 5:30-6:30 p.m.
                          R.I.P.P.E.D. 11:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m.

Tuesday:          Ultimate Circuit 9-10 a.m.

Thursday:        R.I.P.P.E.D. 9-10 a.m.
                          R.I.P.P.E.D. 5:30-6:30 p.m.
