Tai Chi– An internal Chinese martial art which was originally used more for self-defense purposes. In today’s world, the meditative, stress-reducing and health improving aspects are emphasized.
Cardio Tai Chi– A holistic exercise to increase levels of fitness, self‐defense, and self-healing. It coordinates the movements of three body sections, feet, hands, and steps with mind, breath, and muscle control.
