Beginner Vinyasa – Introductory class to yoga flow. An open forum to ask questions about yoga. Try it out …work on basic posture form.

Yoga Basics – Build strength and flexibility and reduce stress and pain; learn basic yoga asanas (poses) and principals of breath, alignment, and relaxation.
Hatha Yoga – Yoga asanas (poses), breath work, and meditation calm the mind and increase strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
