Vinyasa Yoga A flowing style of practice, in which you move from one pose to another in sequence while focusing on the breath.
Beginner Vinyasa Introductory class to yoga flow.  An open forum to ask questions about yoga. Try it out …work on basic posture form.

Saturday:         Beginner Vinyasa Yoga 10-10:30 a.m.

Yoga Basics – Build strength and flexibility and reduce stress and pain; learn basic yoga asanas (poses) and principals of breath, alignment, and relaxation.
Hatha Yoga Yoga asanas (poses), breath work, and meditation calm the mind and increase strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
