Our Professionally Trained Catering Staff is ready to assist you with all your Catering Needs. They bring to the table many years of experience in catering and have attended several Catering Conferences, such as Catersouce - which is the world's largest gathering of caterers, offering classes on new industry trends. You will find that our Catering Staff can assist you with not only your menu selections-but can gladly make suggestions about decor, themes and room setups.
We provide comprehensive, state-of-the-art audiovisual support services to complete your event needs.
Entrance to both Fort Bliss and East Fort Bliss is quite easy. When a wedding or other special event is reserved at the Centennial, the event host receives a supply of special gate passes to distribute to all guests. Guests simply present the gate pass, along with picture ID, at the Military Police guard post for access to Fort Bliss or East Fort Bliss. Drivers are reminded they must have their drivers license and proof of current automobile insurance, along with valid automobile license and inspection stickers to gain access onto post.
Easy Access and Free Parking
Fort Bliss is centrally located in the heart of El Paso, and is easily accessed off of Interstate 54 (the North/South Patriot Freeway). There is ample free parking available at each facility in the safe confines of Fort Bliss, East Fort Bliss, and Logan Heights.
Chocolate Fountain- Indulge yourself in the ultimate chocolate experience!
The Centennial now offers Chocolate Fountains that add a touch of class to any type of event. Dipping your favorite fruit or other goodies into the Chocolate Fountain is not only delicious but entertaining as well! You may rent the Chocolate Fountain from the Centennial for your special event at a very reasonable price. Rental includes chocolate, a dipping choice, and skewers. Compliments from your guests included at no additional charge!

I can't thank you enough for two spectacular evening events we've had in the last several months. First, the night honoring Jose Cisneros, the noted EI Paso Artist, was absolutely perfect. Secondly, the event hosting the Chief of Staff of the Afghan National Army was equally magnificent. I wanted to thank you (O' Club staff) once again for the extraordinarily lovely lunch that you coordinated for Vicky Codys August visit to Fort Bliss. The Fox Room was beautifully decorated! It was really a feast for the eyes. The chair covers with bows, the three small ice sculptor centerpieces and the table settings combined to make a beautiful presentation. Together it all added up to a spectacular luncheon.
