Civilian Access to MWR Programs

Although Family and MWR programs are established primarily for active duty (AD) military personnel, Ready Reserve members and their families, patronage is open to civilians who work on the installation. Family and MWR restaurant facilities may be used without showing ID. Other programs are available to civilian personnel on a space available, first come basis after AD personnel, Ready Reserve members and their families; and retirees/families. A valid civilian ID card or other valid documentation must be presented. Established fees and charges apply for all Family and MWR facilities, programs, and events. Civilian patrons may also purchase items related to participation at a facility or event, and consume food and beverages available at the facility while on the premises. DOD contractor employees or technical representatives, and employees of military banking facilities and credit unions, working full time on the installation may also use Family and MWR programs and facilities on a space available basis.
