- Personal Training is a custom designed workout program including dietary concerns based on a fitness assessment that measures height, weight, blood pressure, static and dynamic strength, and sub-maximal VO2. This is for individuals that want to improve their health and well being, get stronger, or fitter.
- Performance Training is for those individuals that routinely take part in competitive events of any nature. After a thorough assessment including height, weight, blood pressure, static and dynamic strength, and sub-maximal VO2, a program is individually designed to meet their athletic or competitive goals.
- Circuit Training is similar to "Curves" and involves training specifically designed to get de-conditioned or out-of-shape individuals ready to participate in a more rigorous exercise program. This is a great program for those that have never been fitness fanatics, mothers after childbirth, and those that just need to get back into shape.
