A. All active, guard and reserve members of the Armed Forces, retirees, and dependents are authorized to use Fort Bliss lodging facilities.  Additionally, U.S. DoD civilians in a non-duty status or on PCS, with or without family members, or family members traveling alone in a PCS status in the continental United States (CONUS).
Q. How are the rates determined for Lodging?
A. Rates are based on room type.  Rates are based on single occupancy.  Fees will be assessed for additional members in each party.
Q Are pets allowed?
A There are a limited number of pet rooms available at Lodging. Advance reservations for these rooms are suggested. There is a $50 non-refundable pet fee for a pet room. Guests arriving with pets must bring current vaccination records. The following pets are not authorized at Lodging: Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, English Staffordshire Terriors, Rottweilers (full or mixed breed) wolves & wolf hybrids.
Q What type of accommodations does Fort Bliss Lodging offer?
A. Accommodations offered by lodging range from a single hotel room to VIP suites, with optional full kitchen or 2-room suite.
Q. What amenities come with the room?
A. Each room is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, and DVD player. Premium cable channels include HBO. High speed internet access is available.
Q. Are there any rooms with kitchenettes?
A. All rooms at Fort Bliss Lodging are complete with microwaves and refrigerators.
Q. What facilities are nearby?
A. The Fort Bliss has many of the facilities that are located on military installations, to include the shopette, main PX and food court, gas station, Fort Bliss ITR, Kelly Park and Fort Bliss Commissary.
Q. What type of entertainment is in the area?  Can I purchase entertainment activities tickets through Fort Bliss Lodging?
A. There are numerous seasonal and special activities and entertainment held in the El Paso area. El Paso Diablos Baseball, Wet-n-Wild Water World and Western Playland Amusement Park tickets can be purchased at the Lodging front desk. Additional discounted tickets are also available at Fort Bliss ITR, located next door to the main Lodging building.
Q. Are shuttle and transportation services available?
A. Fort Bliss shuttle buses operate as needed and transport individuals to and from the El Paso International Airport, bus and train stations. Unfortunately, this shuttle service is available only at check-out and upon arrival.
