GENERAL INFORMATION
Check
Out Time - by 1100, the day of departure
Late check
out times may be prearranged with management when possible. A full room charge may
be
assessed if advance arrangements are not made. Fort Bliss Lodging is unable to
provide a completed invoice until the room is actually vacated. If express
check out is desired, please contact the front desk; arrangements will be made
to prepare your bill as much in advance as possible.
Departure
arrangements: Check Out Date
Verify your
check out date with the Front Desk when you arrive. If you need to extend
that date, secure a new date with the Front Desk in advance to ensure
availability.
Payment
Terms
Payment is
due upon check-in. If you desire to pay on a daily basis, payment is due
by 1100. Credit cards with approval may be used for payment.
Accepted credit cards are: Diners Club, Master Card, Visa, Discover, and
American Express.
Safety
and Security
Keep your
room locked when you are away. Neither the Federal Government nor Fort Bliss
Lodging Services assumes responsibility for loss of personal property of valuable.
In the event of a loss, report it to the Manager On-Duty at the Front Desk or
contact the military police. Each room is provided with an in-room safe to
secure valuables. Do not admit persons to
your room without first making positive identification. Your room is equipped
with a peep hole. If a member of Fort Bliss Lodging needs to be
admitted and there is any doubt about the person's identity, please contact the
Front Desk.
Children
Children
are very important people at Fort Bliss Lodging. For that reason, please
do not leave your children unattended or unsupervised at any time. There
are many interesting activities your children may want to participate in on Fort

Firearms
All weapons
must be registered on post. Your
personal firearms are prohibited from the property of Fort Bliss Lodging.
If you are assigned to a Fort Bliss unit, the firearm may be stored in your
unit's Arms Room. If you are not assigned to a Fort Bliss unit, contact
the Fort Bliss Rod and Gun Club at 568-2983 for storage rental. For additional information,

There are a limited number of pet rooms available at Lodging. Advance reservations for these rooms are suggested.
There is a $50 non-refundable pet fee for a pet room. Guests arriving with pets must bring current vaccination records.
The following pets are not authorized at Lodging: Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, English Staffordshire Terriors,
Rottweilers (full or mixed breed) wolves & wolf hybrids.

Hall Dining Room. Pace Hall serves a complimentary
Continental Breakfast Buffet 7 days a week for guests of Fort Bliss
Lodging. The beautiful dining room at Pace Hall is the perfect
setting for important intimate breakfast meetings or just a quiet,
reflective stat to a busy day. Pace Hall can be reserved for

west side of post on Club Road next to the Pershing Gate, Pace Hall
offers a pleasant ambiance in the charm of one of Fort Bliss’ most

WEDDING NEEDS
Fort Bliss Lodging is available to
provide lodging in its beautiful hotel on post for all wedding party needs,
to include local and out of town guests. Rooms may also be reserved for use
by members of the bridal party in which to change and relax before and after
the wedding, reception and dance.

Continental Breakfast: All
room reservations made with Fort Bliss Lodging include complimentary
continental breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant, located off the main
lobby.

Courtesy
Transportation: Fort
Bliss Lodging offers free transportation to and from the El Paso
International Airport. Courtesy transportation is also available to and from
the Centennial Club, Officers’ Club and Underwood Golf Complex for wedding
guests and members of the wedding party staying at the hotel.

Services and Amenities: Fort Bliss Lodging offers a
full-service Concierge to meet the needs of its guests. For the convenience
of out-of-town guests, Internet access is available at the hotel’s
Business Center. A swimming pool and fitness room are also available.

Child Care: Members
of the wedding party or wedding guests staying at the hotel may make
arrangements with Fort Bliss Lodging for hourly childcare at the hotel if
required. Arrangements may be made in advance, for example, for the care of
smaller children while the bride and wedding party get ready for the
wedding.
