Want to run a business from your on post home or market your goods and services to the military community?
Individuals or Companies selling:
- Insurance,
- beauty products (Mary Kay, Avon, etc.),
- home décor items (Home Interiors, candles, etc.), or
- Items of similar nature
must register to operate on Fort Bliss through the Solicitation Office, located in Bldg. 11 on Pershing Rd., Monday–Friday, 7:30-11:00am (except for training holidays and weekends).
A application must be filled out and approved before you receive your operating permit. The entire application process takes approximately 6-8 weeks, so plan accordingly. Permits are valid for 1 year.
