In order to prepare our sponsorship and advertising plan for next year, please complete the following form for EACH event you are planning that will need sponsorship in order to occur. Please keep in mind that sponsorship is used to help OFFSET the cost of your event NOT PAY for it completely.
These descriptions should be as detailed and as realistic as possible. Please keep in mind events that draw in more than 100 people, offer opportunities for sponsor tables and informational giveaways , and events that are open to as many people as possible tend to be the events that attract more sponsors. Events with narrow focus, small participation and no avenues offer our sponsors benefits are extremely difficult when obtaining support. We will only place sponsors at events where they will be able to connect with their target audience. We want to make sure that our sponsors get their money’s worth. Also, please make sure your requests are made at least six months in advance. We will not be able to obtain sponsorship if we are given short notice of an event. However, we understand situations arise and we will happily discuss these matters on an individual and case by case basis.
Money can be very difficult to obtain, so be sure you are not relying solely on sponsorship fees to pay your event. If you list specific items you need, such as water, food, port-a-potties or product resale, we can actually solicit those items.
Marketing will solicit for each event submitted; however, not all events are guaranteed for support. DO NOT solicit sponsors on your own, it is against the rules and regulations of post.
